Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you (the "Customer") and GAGP ENTERPRISES LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates Lead To Deal (the "Service").

1. Your responsibility for calls

You are solely responsible for every call placed through your account and for complying with all laws that apply to it, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA laws, and call recording consent laws. You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact every number you upload.

2. Required practices

• Scrub your lists against the National and applicable state Do Not Call registries before calling.
• Honor every do-not-call request immediately by marking the contact Do Not Call.
• Call only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time (the Service also enforces this).
• Do not use the Service for robocalls, prerecorded messages without consent, spoofing, fraud or harassment.

3. Phone numbers

Phone numbers provided with the Service remain ours. We may rotate, replace, suspend or release them at any time, including to protect their reputation.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we receive complaints, carrier or provider notices, or believe you are breaking these Terms or the law.

5. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless GAGP ENTERPRISES LLC and its members, managers and employees from any claim, fine, penalty or cost arising from your calls, your contact lists or your breach of these Terms.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Billing

Calling usage is prepaid. Calls stop when your balance reaches zero.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
